Just for today I will try to live through this day onlyand not tackle my whole life problem at once I can do somethingfor twelve hours that would appall me if I had to keep it up for alifetime

Just for today I will try tostrengthen my mind I will study I will learn something useful Iwill not be a mental loafer I will read something that requireseffort, thought and concentration
Just for today I will exercisemy soul in three ways I will do somebody a good turn and not getfound out If anybody knows of it, it will not count I will do atleast two things I don't want to do-just for exercise I will notshow anyone that my feelings are hurt they may be hurt, but todayI will not show it

Just for today I will have aprogram, I may not follow it exactly, but I will have it I willsave myself from two pests hurry andindecision
Just for today I will have aquiet half hour all by myself and relax During this half hour,sometime, I will try to get a better perspective of mylife.
Just for today I will beunafraid. Especially I will not be afraid to enjoy what isbeautiful, and to believe that as I give to the world, so the worldwill give to me.
